At Skinstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
